Pumpboats for Lo-oc and Sta. Fe

Santa Fe is located in the southernmost part  whereas  Lo-oc is almost in the middle part both in the island of Tablas. Motorized outrigger boat’s or pumpboat -as local calls it- going to Sta. Fe is located just next to Caticlan Jetty Port. Boats departure to and from Tablas goes on daily and every 8 or 9 in the morning, depends entirely on weather along the area.

VI.   SAN JOSE, OCC. MINDORO TO CORON, PALAWAN

Please do note that ferry/banca often departs from San Jose Occ. Mindoro to Coron early in the morning. To make it possible for anyone to be able to catch up the trip to Coron I urge you take the early morning trip of Fastcat from Caticlan to Bulalacao. Once arrived in Bulalacao Port take a V-Hire (passenger commuter van park outside the pier’s gate) that goes to San Jose.

However, as of the moment only banca sails in between these ports so expect boat tickets are limited; aalso, be reminded that “early bird” rule applies here.

  1. Hi sir, would like to ask the ferry schedule in Caticlan? our flight will land kasi about 9pm sa kalibo may ferry pa kaya papuntang boracay nyan?

    thank you

    • If 9 pm po ang arrival nyo sa Kalibo kelangan nyo pang bumiyahe via bus or van papuntang Caticlan (about 1 1/2 to 2 hours), so malamang abutin kayo ng past 11 bago makarating ng Caticlan mismo. At most likely close na po ang ferry terminal by that time kaya malamang sa hindi waiting po kayo nang ilang oras for the first trip ng ferry sa morning.

  2. Hi Migu, I need your help. Will be going to bora this weekend by roro. I would like to know if there’s a direct boat from roxas to boracay terminal? or do we really need to drop off in Caticlan’s jetty port?

    • Unfortunately Cagban Port in Boracay does not/do not accommodate Ro-Ro vessel of any size, all of the passenger vessel bound from Roxas will dock in Caticlan Jetty Port. Pasengers, on the other hand, bound for Boracay will be using Caticlan Passenger Terminal as their point of entry, unless, you have a private yatch or a rented banca you do not need to subject yourselves from the long queing, and waiting for boats. Hope it help.

    • Every two hours po ang departures ng mga barko coming from Port of Roxas going to Caticlan, especially now peak season na po sa Boracay it could be a little less na. Also, RORO departures usually starts very early in the morning until late in the evening.
